If you don’t have a Membership, but you want to live in a super house, dress in stylish clothes, have beautiful furniture, and travel around the world, then there’s a quick and easy solution! You can use Gems that you don’t need to earn by playing games. You can use them to buy super items, a bunch of RolyCoins, and a Membership for 1, 2 or 3 days.
You can buy Gems at payment with your cell phone, bankcard, or electronic money. You can buy them right in RolyPolyLand by clicking on the button next to the Gems sign at the top of the game panel.

How can I exchange one kind of Membership for a different one?

It’s not possible to exchange one Membership type for another on our website. You can buy as many types of Memberships as you want, and the durations of each membership will be added together.

I want to give my Membership to a different Roly. What should I do?

It’s not possible to give your Membership to someone else on our website.

How can I cancel my payment?

There is no process for doing so on our site.

You can only cancel automatic renewal of your Membership. To do so, click on the link “Cancel Automatic Renewal” on the choosing a membership plan page and follow the instructions on the screen.

Warning! You can turn off automatic renewal of your Membership no later than the date stated on the invoice for payment of the next membership period. If cancellation occurs after this date, then automatic renewal will be turned off after the next Membership expires.
