What does it mean to get banned? /I was unfairly banned. What should I do? /Why was I banned?
A ban temporarily blocks your access to the game for breaking the rules. Moderators monitor what Rolies say 24 hours a day. These moderators block a player's access to the game if they break the rules.
The site also has special programs that monitor text that Rolies write in the game. Obscene and abusive words are flagged automatically. The filter doesn’t take into account the meaning of a message, and doesn’t recognize misspellings. Because of this, you may be banned by mistake. If you have a question or you think you were unfairly banned, please write to our customer support.

Why isn't my Membership paused if I am banned?
Because you are guilty of breaking the rules of behavior in RolyPolyLand. This will teach you to have more discipline. Next time you’ll be more responsible about what you say when you're playing.

Why can’t I tell my password to anyone?
Any person who knows your password can access your personal profile, change your data, and waste all your RolyCoins. They could also swear and abuse other players using your name. If this happens, they would be banned from playing – in other words, you would be banned.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password only after your e-mail address has been confirmed. Send us your Roly’s name and the e-mail address that it was registered at to this address: support@rolypolyland.com. We’ll send you a letter to the e-mail address that you specified. Please, carefully follow the instructions in the letter we send you in order to recover or change your password.
If you don’t receive a letter from us, or you can’t change your password on your own, please ask for help from our customer support support@rolypolyland.com.
How can I change the e-mаil address I gave during registration?
To do so, send the following data to support@rolypolyland.com:
– Your Roly’s name
– Your current password
– The e-mail address you used to register your Roly
– The e-mail address that you want to re-register your Roly.
I was offended by another player in RolyPolyLand. What should I do?
It is strictly prohibited to use profanity and offend other Rolies in RolyPolyLand. If you notice another Roly behaving improperly, click on the “Complain to Pin” button on the player’s personal profile. Then, a message will be automatically sent to Pin about the player who offended you. Rolies who don’t follow the rules can be banned. You can also use a RolyPhone to tell a moderator about improper behavior. The moderator’s name is first in your list of friends, underneath the yellow star.
How can I enter the game using someone else’s computer?
If you use someone else's computer to enter the game, don’t put a check in the box “remember me” when entering your log-in and password.
How is my personal data protected in the game?
The personal information you enter (your e-mail address and birthday) are needed to confirm your Roly's registration and to change or restore your password. We pledge not to reveal this information to anyone else.
